Good advice there. I’d have to agree with the fact that the most important in getting to sell a house fast is the presentation of the entrance area. First impressions last!
Another good tip is to always let the viewer walk round first – so you are not cluttering the room!!
Lighting is also important, as it will have a huge impact on the mood – so do not over do it with bright over head lights – instead use a collect of lamps and as much natural light as possible.
The two most important things you can do to get your home sold is to price it correctly and have the home staged. The correct price will get you more money in the end because the house will sit on the market for fewer days.
Staging is crucial. Once your house goes on the market for sale, it becomes a product. It is no longer your home. It has becoming a product. You need for your home to look like someone lives there but no one in particular. Staging can do this for your home and more.
You have to package it in a way that’s attractive to buyers. It’s a simple psychology, keep the house neat and repaint it if you have to. Don’t worry about the cost of tidying it up and repainting it coz it’s definitely a return on investment once you sold the house.
