There are many things to consider when looking at the size of the property. How much more snow will you have to move to even have access to your home? Do you have the mower that will accommodate the amount of grass you are mowing? These just are the tip of the iceberg, but yet, things to consider. Another expense will be the move as most properties with a lot of land are outside of town. Just remember that things will be different. Just know what you are getting yourself into!
