		<description>Good article, I&#039;ve never heard of condo hotels before. That would likely lower the maintenance cost considerable being that you are not paying maintenance on the entire building.

I know a few people that still have timeshares but it seems they are always unhappy with when they are able to get the place or the condition of it when they get there. 

Not all resorts are free after the initial buy in. Although the cost seems to be pretty low for the ones I&#039;ve seen.</description>
