    With the housing decline in these major cities we are seeing a dramatic increase in the rentals and rental demands.

    Here in Arizona we are not seeing as bad a slump as the rest of the country. The same with gas prices. But I am sure it will catch up with us!

    Our market in Dallas is still strong, epically compared to the rest of the country. However, if it goes bad there always apartment locating.
