    House prices in the UK is set to plummet. I would say maybe up to 10% in the next 2 years. With this there will be lots of repossessions as homeowners living on the brink of the credit line is squeezed out of their pockets. This is a good opportunity to pick up bargains while everyone is selling. Always buy way below the market value.
