If you are looking for the latest in mortgage news regarding luxury mortgages such as a Jumbo mortgage, then you best drop by The Luxury Mortgage Blog. This site is the only stop you will ever need to make, just to get the latest updates.
The blog is the brainchild of the Luxury Mortgage Group – who service the Luxury mortgage market. This includes the financing of luxury properties and some of the larger investment properties (sometimes called a Super Jumbo Mortgage).. it’s really not geared for your everyday Joe and his home mortgage. That said, the blog covers a lot of topics and acts both as a news source as well as a source of education on luxury mortgages. One of the plusses to the site is that the writing style is not boring or dry, so the information is easy to absorb and understand, even for folks jut looking for information to “dream big” by.  The bloggers certainly know and have a passion for their topic and this shines through.
The site is well designed and the blog entries are posted in summaries, so you won’t have to read long blog entries that you are not interested in. No more scrolling down in search of that blog entry you want to read about. Once you do find that blog entry, then all you would have to do is click on the Continue Reading tab, and proceed to reading the whole blog entry. Interesting post. I was working with a family earlier in the fall and we had a very difficult time getting them a jumbo loan even though they had a 705 credit score.
Thanks for the info. I was checking out their pledged asset mortgage section and found it to be a great program for my wife and I!
