Location, location, location. When we were in the market for a house our realtor told us about a neighborhood less that 1 mile from the freeway. Only problem was the main road we lived on was not an on or off ramp for the freeway. Our realtor told us that plans were in action to add this road as a freeway ramp. It took 2 years but now it has help grow business around the area, and work is now 10 minutes closer. Location matters. Because of the location our home value has increased. Great Article. I prefer to look at those areas which have availability of all infrastructure facilities!
