I will grab a copy of the rental investment guide and see how the information crosses over to the Australian real estate market.
Even though our tax laws are vastly different the general principles in your book are probably universal and appealing and informative to Australians also.
Terrific site-keep up the good work.

Now is an excellent time to get in on the investment game. First time investors should always start low and work there way up.
We’ve been investing in homes for 40+ years and have seen every mask the market has put on. If you are not careful you can get yourself in over your head real quick. If you play your cards right you can make a celebrity living off investing. One thing we’ve found to be a good strategy is to buy and sell until you have enough investment income to buy and rent. Work towards becoming the bank. Once you’ve built your investment portfolio, you can begin renting properties out and offering lease options that eventually turn into mortgages with rates you set. This can be very lucrative if you have the right strategy and marketing plan.
