However, here very few people live on a permanent basis in a mobile home. Their titles are kept at the DMV, and they are taxed as if they are cars. I do not know in Wisconsin if you have personal property taxes for cars, trucks, boats, etc...down here it often runs as much as your Real Estate Property Taxes.
