Not sure who really buys time shares these days except poor tourists that do not have a clue . They are not a good investment. I have people all the time contacting me to sell the time shares they got suckered into buying when they were on vacation here in Hawaii.

Timeshares have seen a real decline as of late, but that really is because the whole market has sunk
I think it will all be back at around the same time. On another note Timeshare salespeople have been labeled as people that can sell water to a well, and some other not so positive things
