The most important thing in selling your home will be price. Especially in a market like this one. If you do not price it correctly you will end up chasing the market down and end up taking less than if you had just priced it correctly at the beggining

Wonderful points to make! Another great thing to do is to take out personal items-family pictures that are everywhere, your bridal veil….set your home so the people looking at it can imagine their items in it, instead of having to look beyond all of your personal items.
