Here's a sickening stat. In 2005, these condos were sold (many to investors) for $350k+. Today, banks are asking $90k. Does that make a good investment? Maybe..But I think the market settles for these around $60k in the next 6 months. Same in <a href="http://www.newjerseyrealestateguys.com" rel="nofollow">Newark, NJ</a> . Section 8 housing is abundant. I say a good opportunity for those in less than 6 months.
