Hi there, Great practical tips on home contents insurance. It is really such a tricky area cause it always seems like there are so many loopholes and fine print. I had an issue when my dishwasher leaked and I apparently wasn't covered for flooding! Curious, whether you have any posts or have thought about writing about green real estate? Green homes are getting quite a bit of exposure in the marketplace now and lots of people are looking for them. Keep up the great work. Cheers.

I hate when insurance company give limited information while hiding some other. Later, they usually turn out to be slightly deceptive. Watch out.
