		<description>I wonder if a reverse mortgage makes sense in that situation. A friend of mine got his bank to do a quick sell and they moved into an apartment. But what if he could afford the quick sell price? Could he buy his own house for a 1/4 of what he owed since that what it is selling for?</description>
