Once you learn the product you are working with it really just comes down to how many people know about it existing. We have lots of smaller wholesalers come to us and ask what we do to sell our deals because they can't. I don't think they believe me when I tell them we do the same stuff everyone else does, just more of it. No secrets to this game. Great point on marketing.
