		<description>I think the furniture store gift card is the landlord&#039;s best bet.

Not because it would be the most inciting, but because it means more stuff they have to lug out when the lease comes up again.  =P

Even if its only to upgrade furniture they want to get rid of, because they will be less likely to abandon it or sell on Craig&#039;s list.</description>
