I’ve been looking at getting a mortgage on a house in the area where I live. Houses prices are enormous, so I guess I’ll have to look at a different region in NZ to buy a house in. I don’t have a stable income so it will be difficult getting a mortgage, anyway. Arghh… rising house prices. Houses prices have quadrupled in my area in the last 15 years.

I always find it sad that people are going to lose their homes because they can no longer afford the payment and then the bank wont refi them. It is good to know that people with bad credit can still re-fi their high interest loans and get the help they need and deserve.
