Fed up with all sorts of problems in choosing and finding the best real estate agent? Stop worrying as ePERKS.com is on its way to make those stuffs a lot easier for you! Its website, www.eperks.com is coming up too soon to a zip code nearest you. This website is primarily designed to help consumers choose a top notch real estate agent. ePERKS.com is a competitive and dynamic online service shopping terminal where consumers are given the opportunity to freely search for publicly known real estate agents and some other professionals who are also offering services comparable to ePERKS Real Estate services which come in lower prices and provide significant perks. In this new marketing scheme, both the agents and the consumers have an advantage – the agents benefit because of owning exclusive territories as agreed beforehand and working with extremely motivated real estate prospects, while the consumers also benefit by having the control as to how and when they contact an ePERKS agent. While there are still a couple of days more to wait before this site eventually launches, over 4,600 service providers have participated in the program nationwide. ePERKS provides the real estate agents a simple, public, and streamlined way of getting customers. The customers, in return, are rewarded in a very significant way when they get to work with any of the high caliber ePERKS agents. So, watch out for the launching of www.eperks.com on Monday, July 30, 2007!

There are number of unhappy realtor’s who signed for ePerks.
I think one of the mistakes they have made is to “jumped the gun”, the website was not ready to serve the Realtors. The rebates can be looked at as a “kickback” which is not always legal when it comes to real estate transactions.
to whoever it may concern “eperks”keep bombarding my mail with all these unsolicited emails which i clearly do not want and it’s very annoying.i tried contacting them but am unable to.I have certainly not requested these and if they dont’t clear my email address from there mail list i will open a report.
Hi Folks, thanks for the honest feedback about ePerks.
Mrs Miles.. I think that is something you will have to takeup with ePerks directly.. we just wrote a quick post on the company, but do not have dealings with htem directly. I hope you can resolve it with them quickly, I know how annoying those kinds of emails can be!
i’m an agent in southern California, (Pasadena area) signed up with eperks. it’s a great program so, i’ve had 3 people who have call me. we’ll see how this pans out. great start for me…not too sure for other people.
i found my agent on eperks and once the transaction is done my agent is going to give me 16%. I think it’s an awesome idea. I’m surprised nobody thought of this earliar
check out eperks commercial on youtube…it’s funny
i was with eperks for a month before now my daughter is with them.
great site! i found an agent on their site, i’m happy with her.
anybody know the connection between eperks and godaddy, does godaddy own them?
I’m an agent in Columbus, OH. Initially I considered using Eperks, but after hearing from the hundreds of agents who have been taken advantage of all over the web I don’t think I will be moving forwards.
I imagine they really hurt themselves by roping in hundreds of agents to start paying before dumping much money into marketing. I also think there are some legal issues that will take them under soon.
Seems it would be nice to have the leads, but leads from them only does one thing. It makes your clients respect you less because you’re being chosen due to what the buyer will get back rather than for your skill set as a professional and that’s a downward spiral once you start down that road. Everyone whether they find you through Eperks or not is simply going to expect a kickback. However, a skilled agent could find a better deal with more equity helping you ten fold over the few thousand you’ll get back in a transaction by choosing them through a perk site. I found a similar blog out there with nothing good to say: http://www.go-beyond-mls.com/eperks-a-scam-or-a-gem/ basically makes words like scam, rip-off, and illegal synonomous with Eperks.
Just to let you guys know I am going to host a website for Realtors whom are victims of eperks.com.
We are working on a class action lawsuit. We are not talking about the class action suit, we are doing it.
email me at utnstudio@gmail.com for more information. You will be screened and required to prove you are a Realtor.
