Nice to see some one giving something away that is worth something for a change.
that’s nice
I love the crisp design of your site and the ebook cover is very appealing.
I will grab a copy of the rental investment guide and see how the information crosses over to the Australian real estate market.
Even though our tax laws are vastly different the general principles in your book are probably universal and appealing and informative to Australians also.
Terrific site-keep up the good work.

Good friends of mine made the mistake of buying a rental property about 18 months ago, the place is now worth much less than they paid for it so they have no equity at all. Things are hard in Real Estate right now.
it’s really great that you share this kind of stuff. I’m sure that many will be inspire from your post on owning rental properties.
this would be great. thanks for sharing.
Some of the best real estate investment property is located on Hilton Head Island, SC. Rental properties can bring in $20k to over $150k in just one summer. Rental projections, properties for sale, statistics and market reports are all available online at http://www.hiltonheadislandforum.com. I think it’s better to ask the locals and those who have invested in the area and know the most about it.
I look forward to receiving this information. I am always looking for information that will help my clients.
Thanks,
Debra
This is great info! Building your rental portfolio can be very rewarding esp. when you begin lease purchase options down the line and convert into sales.
Now is an excellent time to get in on the investment game. First time investors should always start low and work there way up.
We’ve been investing in homes for 40+ years and have seen every mask the market has put on. If you are not careful you can get yourself in over your head real quick. If you play your cards right you can make a celebrity living off investing. One thing we’ve found to be a good strategy is to buy and sell until you have enough investment income to buy and rent. Work towards becoming the bank. Once you’ve built your investment portfolio, you can begin renting properties out and offering lease options that eventually turn into mortgages with rates you set. This can be very lucrative if you have the right strategy and marketing plan.

Here is some real advice for owning homes for rent, DO not rent to people in the urban communities. I’m from Detroit and my friend owns a lot of homes in which he rents out to people, mostly women who are single and have a lot of kids. They tore his house apart! I hope this e-book has some tips on how to pick the right tenants as well!
I was just thinking about investing in rental property and you’ve really helped out by providing this book. It covers all the pre investment aspect in rental property. Thanks for sharing it…
Owning rental properties is an interesting option and one would think in the present market condition where there are countless foreclosures and a struggling economy that there is a lot of demand for rental properties at the moment.
Those are all great ideas, Thanks. I’m always happy to receive more information about it …I passed it to my clients and they are extremely happy with that.

I have this book. Absolutely a must have for anyone interested in buying rental properties. I have two rental properties as of now and the information in this book saved me around 20 grand in expenses. If you don’t have this yet I would suggest you get your hands on it while you have the chance.
